The UMass Lowell Honors Ambassador Program is proud to announce a brand new Roadster App for iOS, a native app that’s optimized for quick, convenient usage on the go. With Roadster, you can simply choose your destination on campus and the app will guide you to the correct line and where to find the nearest stop. You can then view a full map of the entire transportation system to gauge how long until you’re on your way. Lastly, contacting UMass Lowell Transportation Services is only a click away, with the app’s easy call and email buttons.
Our Roadster app is designed to complement the existing web app by providing an experience that is more optimized for quick mobile usage, along with helping new students find the best line for where they want to go.
This is the first mobile app developed by the Honors Ambassador Program and is part of a greater strategy of providing meaningful projects to the UMass Lowell community, both current and prospective.
Update: The University of Massachusetts Lowell has shut down the development of this application.
