1. We Meet and Talk

In the preliminary meeting we will discuss your business, its needs, its design theory, its customer base, and anything else that can guide the site design. A formal estimate will be given on the spot, along with a discussion about hosting and maintenance. In the event that a meeting cannot be scheduled, this step can be done in a phone call.

2. Gather Website Content

You can provide me with pictures, testimonials, stationary, literature, or any other content that helps match the website’s design to your business’ image. If you have any specific requests regarding the site’s design, they should be disclosed during this step.

3. The Unlimited Design Phase

I will develop a rough draft of the site and post it to a temporary URL based from my website. The draft will hopefully include all content submitted by the client. The draft will be completed within 2 weeks, although average time is 1 week. When the draft is done we will review and edit it. The design process is left open as long as is needed to perfect your business’ image.

4. Publish to the World

After the design is polished and perfected, the site is then published to the official URL specified by the client. Full design and hosting payment is needed to publish.
