What are my shipping options?
We offer three modes of shipping. The Total Time indicates how
long it should take from the time you place your order until the time
you receive your order. Some products cannot be shipped Rush or Express
due to federal regulations or size restrictions. Shipping restrictions
will be clearly identified in the product description and/or on the
checkout screen.

Pricing
Standard delivery is priced based on the value of your order. Rush
delivery is the standard price plus an additional charge of $8.00.
Express delivery is standard price plus an additional charge of $18.00.
For certain large and/or heavy products, a special shipping rate may
apply. These special shipping rates will be clearly indicated in the
product description.

What is the last ship
date for holiday purchases?
Submit your order by midnight (12 a.m. CST) on December 18 for standard
delivery before December 25. The last day for Rush orders is December 20
before midnight (12 a.m. CST). The last day for Express shipping is
December 21 before midnight (12 a.m. CST).

What is your return policy?
For items purchased on rogerstoys.com, you can expect the same great guest
service you receive in the Rogers Pool, Patio & Toy store. If you are not fully satisfied
with your rogerstoys.com purchase, return it to Rogers Toys via mail with the original
rogerstoys.com packing receipt
within 30 days from purchase date. We will exchange it, repair it, or
offer you a refund based on your method of payment. Shipping charges
will not be refunded. Customers are responsible for returned product
shipping costs, and replacement item shipping costs!
Some items cannot be returned if opened. These items include Music,
Movies, Computer Software, Video Games, Sports and Toy Collectibles.

To return a rogerstoys.com purchase by mail:
- Box up the item and include all packaging/accessories.
- Enclose the original packing receipt and be sure to complete all
necessary information.

If you are returning an item for an exchange, you will receive your
replacement item within 10 business days after we receive your return,
provided the item is in stock. If you are requesting a refund, your
credit card account will be credited within 2 business days after we
receive your return.

Do you ship orders
outside the U.S.?
rogerstoys.com is currently unable to ship orders outside the United States
nor are we able to accept orders from non-U.S. residents. We are pleased
to ship A.P.O. and F.P.O. orders using Standard delivery only.
